Spirit

Spirit is where I tried to marry metal and air. A horse rearing in welded steel wire, with a translucent blue scarf trailing as mane and tail — movement caught somewhere between iron and silk. I wanted theatre without noise: the biggest gesture in the room, made almost entirely of light and motion.
